Week One: Authentic Panchakarma
We begin with seven nights of personalised Panchakarma at a traditional Ayurvedic centre in Kerala.
Panchakarma translates as “five actions” — a classical detoxification and rejuvenation process designed to remove accumulated toxins (ama), rekindle digestive fire (agni), and restore balance to your unique constitution (dosha).
You will receive:
•A full Ayurvedic consultation with an experienced doctor
•A personalised treatment plan based on your prakriti and current imbalances
•Daily therapeutic oil treatments
•Herbal medicines prescribed specifically for you
•Specialised therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and other classical treatments as required
•Freshly prepared Ayurvedic meals tailored to support your process
•Rest, quiet, and time to integrate
This is not a spa experience. It is structured medical Ayurveda delivered gently and traditionally. During this week, we move slowly.
We support the process with:
•Gentle yoga designed to complement your treatment
•Breathwork to calm the nervous system
•Simple dinacharya (daily rhythm) practices
•Early nights and space for journaling and reflection
The body begins to soften. Digestion improves. Sleep deepens. The mind clears. Something recalibrates.
The Integration: From Inner Healing to Outer Exploration
After a week of cleansing and restoration, we transition into the second part of our journey — integration through nature and culture.
We travel together into the cool mountain air of Munnar, where rolling tea plantations stretch across mist-covered hills. Here, we walk gently, breathe deeply, and allow the nervous system to stabilise in nature after the intensity of detoxification.
From there, we journey to Thekkady, on the edge of protected forest and wildlife reserves.
Here you will experience:
•Traditional Kalaripayattu martial arts demonstrations — one of the oldest martial art systems in the world
•Temple culture and local devotional traditions
•Elephant conservation areas and forest landscapes
•Spice plantations and the scents that shaped Kerala’s history
•Time in nature to fully integrate your healing
The movement after stillness. The expansion after cleansing. The joy after discipline.
