By booking a retreat, journey, or service with Yoga-Ayurveda-Retreats (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings & Payments

•A booking is confirmed only once we receive the required deposit or full payment.

•Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

•Full payment must be completed by the date specified for your retreat or journey.

•Prices are listed per person unless otherwise stated and may be subject to change before confirmation.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

•Participant cancellations must be made in writing.

•Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure accommodation, facilitators, and local arrangements.

•If cancellation occurs after full payment, refunds (if any) depend on what costs can be recovered from suppliers.

•No refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures, or unused services.

•We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness, and emergencies.

3. Changes or Cancellation by Us

•We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries, teachers, locations, or schedules when necessary.

•In the rare event we must cancel a retreat, you will be offered:

•A transfer to another retreat, or

•A refund of payments made to us (excluding non-recoverable costs already incurred).

•We are not responsible for costs related to flights, visas, or personal travel arrangements.

4. Health, Fitness & Responsibility

•Our retreats involve yoga, meditation, Ayurveda treatments, travel, and cultural activities.

•You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate and will inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or special needs in advance.

•You participate at your own risk and take responsibility for listening to your body and respecting your limits.

•Ayurveda treatments are complementary wellness practices and do not replace medical care.

5. Travel, Accommodation & Local Services

•Accommodation standards vary depending on location and are often eco-friendly, traditional, or rural.

•Room allocations are at our discretion unless otherwise agreed.

•We work with trusted local partners, but cannot be held responsible for service interruptions caused by weather, transport delays, political events, or natural conditions.

6. Insurance & Visas

•Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover medical care, evacuation, cancellations, and personal belongings.

•You are responsible for obtaining correct visas, passports, and vaccinations.

•We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect documentation.

7. Code of Conduct

•We ask all guests to act respectfully towards teachers, staff, fellow participants, local communities, and sacred spaces.

•We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful, without refund.

8. Liability

•Yoga-Ayurveda-Retreats is not liable for:

•Injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property

•Travel delays or third-party service failures

•Participation confirms acceptance of personal responsibility throughout the retreat or journey.

9. Photography & Media

•Photos or videos may be taken during retreats for promotional use.

•Please inform us in writing if you do not wish to appear in any media.

10. Custom & Private Retreats

•Tailor-made retreats, recces, and private journeys have individual terms agreed in writing.

•Planning fees and deposits for custom services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

11. Governing Law

•These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the country in which the retreat is operated, unless otherwise stated.
